Screening with 8 columns in parallel
The preparative version of the Sepmatix 8x HPLC system has an HPLC pump that is equipped with a 100 ml pump head, the max. operating pressure is 400 bar. Flow rates per channel 3.0 to 8.0 ml/ min.
For parallel collection of fractions from all 8 channels, the system is additionally equipped with 8 fraction collectors, which are combined in a compact collector module. In the standard version the capacity of the fraction collectors is 6 deep well microtiter plates per channel.
