Sepmatix semi- preparative
 Fraction collector
With the preparative Sepmatix, an 8-fold
fully automated separation and fractionation into either 96 standard
well plates or deep well plates is possible. Fractionation is absolutely
precise by use of the integrated peak detection algorithm. Fractions from the eight channels are collected by a compact Fraction
Collector, where every channel can be operated in a completely independent
manner. The sophisticated design allows compact and precise loading of
up to 12 microtiterplates for each single channel. This results in up to
9216 collected fractions. Clear allocation of the corresponding wells makes
it easy to harvest the individual fractions for further testing procedures. Typical flow rates of the semi- preparative Sepmatix system are between
1,5 and 6,0 ml/min per column.
